Unlike books or other hard goods, plants are perishable and must be unpacked promptly
and planted correctly
in the appropriate location
for optimal growth and survival. Living plants must also be cared for and properly
maintained. We promise to send you healthy, living plants but the rest is really up to you and Mother Nature. If you feel that your plants arrived in poor condition please take photographs immediately and e-mail them to us (email@example.com). They may simply be dormant or slightly stressed from packing and shipping. If you would like a guarantee on plants purchased we are happy to offer a full replacement extended warranty policy. Simply send a separate check for the total order amount (plus shipping) and we will replace any plant purchased from us including and up to the entire original order. Please send extended warranty checks to our mailing address at time of original purchase or when ordering replacement plants. Fair enough?
